Sometimes the narrative (or story) we have about ourselves or our life experience is that we are "too damaged," "too much," or "too late" for change. This can freeze us and keeps us from seeing how resilient and capable we are of being that best part of ourselves or having the healthy life that we want.

I work with clients to uncover the behaviors or the thought patterns that may holding them back and impacting their day to day relationships, decisions and goals. My hope for each client is to see them thrive and feel their worth.
